Welcome to Core Purpose Studio, where passion meets purpose and every session is a step towards a healthier, stronger you.

Our journey began with our founder Stephanie Searson’s deep love for exploration and learning. This inquisitive spirit led her to a diverse background in art, early childhood education, and even a stint as a cartoon voiceover actor. However, the true turning point came in 2000 with the discovery of Pilates.

From the very first lesson, Pilates captivated her heart and mind. This newfound passion quickly grew into a mission: to share the incredible benefits of Pilates with others. Determined to become a professional Pilates instructor, she pursued rigorous training and in 2003, earned a teaching certification from Power Pilates in New York City. Under the mentorship of renowned teachers Bob Liekens and Susan Moran Sheehy, she gained invaluable knowledge and experience in working with a variety of bodies, each with unique goals and needs.

At Core Purpose studio, we believe in the power of Pilates to transform lives both physically and mentally. Our goal is to help clients build strength, flexibility, and confidence through the classical method created by Joseph Pilates.
